New clients are required to complete a Grooming Intake Form, providing details on their dog's breed, size, and grooming preferences. We also require owners to indicate any health issues, allergies, or special grooming needs.

Confirmation

We will contact you once your grooming appointment is confi rmed and provide preparation instructions.

Appointment Day

We ask that you bring your dog in at their scheduled appointment time. We'll inform you of any developments during their grooming as needed. Once grooming is complete, we will call you for pick-up.
